Argos in Cappadocia
Sprawled across the site of an ancient monastery, Argos in Cappadocia is located high above the village of Uçhisar in the heart of central Turkey.
The hotel emerges from a 2,000-year-old historical network of ancient ruins, caves and underground tunnels, all lovingly restored by visionary owner Göksin Ilıcalı over a period of 20 years. Literally carved from caves, imaginative rooms and suites are sprinkled through seven revived mansions. Activities include balloon rides over the valleys, moonlight walks, horse back riding and cycling.
