Dine at The Upper House, Hong Kong
The sky high restaurant Café Gray Deluxe and the Café Gray Bar are accessed by a dramatic 40 metre high skybridge. Situated on the 49th floor of The Upper House, they offer dynamic vistas over Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour - ideal for watching the famous Symphony of Lights.
Following international acclaim, Chef Gray Kunz has partnered with The Upper House to create the gourmet café menu which marks a departure from fine dining and other hotel restaurants with its 'everyday dishes' and local organic produce. Watch it all come together in the open kitchen or entertain in the stunning private dining room which can seat up to twelve.
Café Gray Bar is as impressive - the fourteen metre long bar is one of the longest in Asia and the cocktail list, (although not quite as lengthy), serves a wide selection of perfectly mixed drinks.
For anyone preferring to put their feet up the Café Gray Deluxe menu is also available for in-room dining.
